The boma, entertainment area is surrounded by 3 chalets, consisting of 2 bedrooms each with a shared full bathroom. The boma has it's own kitchen with another chef's sized gas oven. The home is in position A in the estate, just to the left hand side of the 18th tee box, so walking distance to the clubhouse and hotel amenities. This is currently bringing in an excess of over R70000 in short term rental and could easily be increased if full time focus was given to the guest house offerings etc.
